We make every effort to ship key holder bracelet orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 12 hours of the order being placed. We can not guarantee cancellation, in the event we have already shipped your order we will accept returns. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to cancellation. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your key holder bracelet must be unused and in the condition that you received it in. If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us by email at email@example.com.
Once your key holder bracelet is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
SHIPPING RETURNED PRODUCTS
Unless Bangle & Babe has made a mistake or your item is defective, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
